Auto Darkening Helmet Help

I am having a difficult time with my welding helmet. It's one of those auto darkening models from Miller. The back of my head is basically flat, not lobe shaped. I put the helmet on, try to adjust it to stay tight, but when I go to weld, the helmet slips forward. So then I have to use my hand to hold the helmet up when I really need to have the hand available to help me weld.

Any ideas out there?
