Covered Horse Trailer, 2 Mini Bikes, and a Go Cart!

When I was a child, my father made our horse trailer...just like everyone else's, just as nice, but I was fascinated as a child watching him with the welder and inch by inch, plate by plate, he made a horse trailer.

So, as an adult and with the help of my husband, we just finished making our own horse trailer-with 2 stalls, front hay bin, and tackle storage area underneath....painted blue, just like my childhood.

Also, this summer we sketched out our own idea of 2 mini bikes and a very low-to-ground go cart. I mostly take care of the joints and edges of the flat areas - knowing very little about welding and learning as I go- while my husband pretty much takes care of everything else and double checks mine, too!

Who ever dreamed, for a stay at home mom anyway, that welding projects would be so interesting, so fun, such a "family project", and really save us a ton of money for the items we've welded anyway.
