Pipe Welding 6G Cert
by: Trevor D

Reading the comments on Pipe Welding and knowing the demand for certified pipe welders I came accross Scott Linden's welding course .

Has anyone heard much about it?

A good start
by: Gregg

Hey guy,
About 15yrs ago I wrote in to Lincoln Electric and asked them to send me a list of all their resourses pertaining to welding. I feel sure this has only gotten better since then. If you already have some knowledge and experience the literature is extreemly helpful.

Also have talken Vo-Tech courses in Pipe and Structural Welding. Hobart has some extraordinarily excellant videos on pipe welding techniques for stick and TIG welding/walking the cup techique, the whole nine yards.

Also try MIller Welds dot com and look under the resourses tab on their website. I feel that you should be able to find some good literature and what not their as well.

Once you have the knowledge, practice, practice, practice and when you get through with that, practice some more. It will pay off in the long run.

Hope this helped in some way. Take care, turnNburn1x.
