Learn Welding Again?

I have passed 6G 10 years ago and fell out of practice, I am trying to remember and learn all over again. I work on the North Slope Alaska and practice when I'm not to tired. I do well tye ins and worked on the Alaska pipeline. I do Structural and pipe and I can go to welding school if I want, 3 months ? I don't know!
