Mini Backhoe

For my son's birthday this past November we welded him a mini backhoe (replica), somehow mounted it on wheels and added pedals to it. My son loves it and even if he has to pedal it from the garage to the sand pile in the backyard, he can then immerse himself in all the construction sandbox building his little heart desires.

This was a really fun project, and I don't have pictures yet (yep I'm one of those who collect rolls of film) I thought I'd share for all of you welders with young kids!
