Opening up a weld shop

I am in the process of opening up a weld shop. What I need help with is my shop rates. I am mostly welding aluminum some steel. Also I have gotten in some work but what I have been doing right now is just making sure that my bills are covered and than some I plan to go full bore come the new year. I have gotten a great rate on my lease for the first year 3300sq feet plus office for $500.00 a month. Just looking for advice Thanks WGSS Fence Gates N Rails
