Welder For CB 350 Swing Arm Modifications

I am thinking about buying a welder but not on the miller, lincoln, horbart range. The one I am looking at is a 200amp tig/arc/mma, and 150amp at arc/mma. Will this be enough amperage to make some swing arm modifications on my cb 350 and making customs girders? Colossal Tech 200 AMP DC Tig and MMA Inverter 2 in 1 Welder from ebay...
