Cleanliness Equals Better Welds!

My experience with mig welding is that the more effort you put into cleanliness the much better your welding will be. This includes keeping the gum clean around the nozzle and a good welding tip.

Replace the tip frequently even if you think it ok, these things are not expensive but do keep productivity at a high.

A mig welder is like a woman; everything needs to be perfect and you wont have any problems.

My engine drive
by: Anonymous

Been to England to have a look around. back home now . Got my Miller trailblazer 302 EFI engine and done some contract welding. I know my Trailblazer is not big as those big jiggers but I love it. I only do agriculture work with a bit lighter earthmoving gear repars.
