Vertical Smoker

Always wanted to build a smoker but needed something different. I wanted a vertical smoker with a horizontal firebox.

I used a discarded 28" diameter well pump expansion tank and a 25 pound new propane tank for the firebox.

The smoker project took about a week. 2 removable slideout racks and temperature probes made for a nice smoker with excellent results.

The smoker I made is mounted on wheels and stores in the garage.
